Job description / Role
A leading Facilities Management provider is looking for a Facilities Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role will be required to ensure that all assets are validated and asset register data is captured, and that each asset is correctly tagged. The condition of each asset needs to be assessed visually and audibly, and photographs collected and narrative recorded to describe the condition. Non-destructive testing will be carried out including vibration analysis, thermography, portable appliance testing, power quality analysis etc. At the conclusion of these tasks each asset will be given a condition code and an estimate of its remaining life.
Requirements
• Candidates must be able to work in Saudi Arabia and must have a degree in Electrical of Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates don’t have to have a transferable iqama.
• Candidates must have worked for a Facilities Management provider.
