Import/Export Executive -Logistics

Prepare Import & export Documents.
Liaise with freight forwarders & clearing agents to submit their invoices and necessary documents.
Assist in Label Assessment and Item Registration
Shipment Tracking from Picked-Up till its arrival .
Apply for FIRS and manage food inspection.
Update Trade License in government portal every year upon renewal.
Prepare Inbound Forms for 3PL WHs for all locations
Apply for custom inspection if required
Apply for certificate by registering items that contain chemicals
(cleaning supplies) with Public Health and Safety Dept
Renew digital certificate (customs) week before expiry
Renew Importer Code and E- code every year upon renewal of Trade License
