Installation Supervisor; is the person who is responsible for supervising and controlling all projects installations with the maintenance team and technicians.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
•Supervise the Maintenance team daily work
•Keep close track of the performance of all equipment and associated machinery in the project and maintain client records
•Attend, or monitor attendance, of all complaints regarding breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment and machinery
•Monitor all PPM programmers and records (with inspection) to ensure that all equipment is maintained and serviced to meet optimum operational standards
•Work in different shift duty as required as per duty shift.
•Replace the duty of kitchen mechanic/laundry…
•Train junior/ assistant technicians in maintenance and recording requirements.
•Supervise all Installation of kitchen equipment, laundry machine and refrigerated machine.
المهارات
•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related disciplines
•Must have experience in related roles
•Good Computer Skills
•Good Communication in English
•Provides helpful, behaviorally specific feedback to others
•Maintains a cool and pleasant demeanor in the face of potentially irate customers
•Follows issues until they are resolved
•Develops alternative solutions
•Demonstrates attention to detail
•Is confident of own ability to accomplish goals
•Organizes work, training, and schedules to achieve what is expected.
•Systematic plans well with clear objectives and deliverables.
•Always looking to set and achieve higher standards of work.
