The C. I. & H.Ed Sector Manager GCC Region is responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities within the Corporate and Higher Education Sectors by planning, directing and delegating all sales activities in the GCC region, as per the strategic direction of the company, and for achieving the sales and profit targets in the WORKSPACE business plan.
The C. I. & H.Ed Sector Manager GCC Region will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work and creates a favorable image of the company.
Profitability and Sales
•Achieve sales and profitability goals and increase the company’s market share through developing and maintaining relationships at corporate level with Higher Education and Corporate entities
•Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, market research and brand strategy
•Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives, take tactical decisions to counter, protect and enhance the Company’s position
•Supervise Consultants and Associate Consultants and their sales efforts
•Forecast trends and potential market opportunities
Staff Management
•Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity
•Plan and assign work to subordinates and monitors them time to time
•Ensure to hire qualified candidates for the requirements
•Conduct regular meeting with Consultants to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy
•Plan for and provide opportunities for employee advancement and development
Financial Accountability
•Develop annual sales and operating budget as per GM’s direction
•Prepare financial reports as per company’s requirements
•Evaluate the effectiveness of the division by validating the final P&L;.
Reporting
•Prepare Board Reports for Marketing and Sales
•Provide weekly and monthly reports, data, research and market intelligence to the Management highlighting business performance, competitive landscape and recommendations for increasing revenue
•Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
المهارات
•Min. 10 years experience in Contract Furniture Industry
•Min. 5 years experience in Middle East
•Experience in project sales within higher education sector
•Team management experience in the Middle East region is mandatory
•Bachelor degree is a must, bachelor of Architectural Engineering/Design advantageous
•Master Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent is a must
•Must be fluent in English
•Arabic language advantageous
