JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on experienced professional with strong knowledge of web application development and content management platforms. The Web Application Developer will be responsible for creating and updating our current online applications portfolio from layout to function, as well as developing and implementing a usability testing process to ensure that new applications meet our company’s specific product development requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create web-based multi-tier applications that address the phases of SDLC (software development life cycle)
Develop comprehensive application testing procedures and build automated tests to validate customizations
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Update existing applications to meet the security and functionality standards as mandated by company policies
Assist in updating application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical requirements
Ensuring end user issues are resolved, either as an individual or with assistance from the support team while maintaining an up to date knowledge of practice specific to our company’s application portfolio
المهارات
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years programming experience with Microsoft technologies and web application development (.Net development using MVC, Web API and C# technologies )
• Good understanding of Agile/DevOps concepts and tools.
• Experience of full stack development from front end (MVC) to backend (Web API/Stored Procedures)
• Must have expertise in C#, ASP.Net (Framework 3.5+), OO Programming, XML, XSL, HTML, Web API, ADO or ADO.Net
• Must have experience working with Javascript, jQuery, jQuery UI, CSS, HTML or any modern development frameworks
• Experience working with a modern front-end JavaScript framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
• Experience with SQL Server database technologies is essential
• Experience working in a hosted multi-tenant application architecture is essential
• Good English.
• Ability to create support documentation for all new applications
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
• Ability to work under pressure and to deliver against deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment
