Job Description and Requirements
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Physical Sciences.
You must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience.
You must have experience in workforce planning, manpower forecasting and analysis and providing HR strategic advisory services.
You should have experience using computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in web based management systems and data analysis.
You should have strong analytical abilities, quantitative analysis skills, statistic modeling and IT knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You are required to perform the following:
Long term workforce planning.
Develop long term workforce forecast for the investment plan.
Performance based workforce planning: based on Discipline, forecast of required jobs, sourcing mix (Build, Buy, Borrow) and time to proficiency.
Conduct workforce studies and analysis as needed to meet HR initiatives such as attrition analysis, accountabilities, hire analysis, etc.
Consolidate business line workforce estimates for Midyear and Year-End Accountability.
Detailed attrition statistics with a variety of data cuts.
In-depth workforce analytics focusing on pipeline development and exits.
Analysis of dynamics/trends and other metrics.
Ensure data consistency/integrity and provide advice on quality control issues.
