الوصف الوظيفي Develops and monitors Research and Statistics function’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports outcomes to the Deputy Governor – Research and Regulatory Development Develops Research and Statistics function’s policies and procedures. Develops new processes, suggests systems and procedures to improve efficiency in documentation and development of standard Research and Statistics related documents and templates Develops and manages the Research and Statistics function’s budgets; monitors the performance of budgets and reports. Oversees the development of tools and frameworks required to support the collection and gathering the data. Drives and leads all high-impact data collection and analytics projects focused on supporting key strategic project. Oversee the provisioning of paid / monetized services related to research collected for various users. Coordinates with external / third party vendors and data service providers. Provides technical leadership on latest big data technologies and adoption of new analytical tools to support data collection and analysis. Designs studies, oversees development of statistical modeling, and develop datasets (including manipulating, merging, restructuring, and analyzing data). Directs and manages the ability to turn complex data into valuable insights and to communicate these in a clear and compelling way to data users. Serves as the primary liaison between the Research and Statistics function and Information Technology & Security function. Develops research plans related to core search areas. Oversees research projects, ensuring that appropriate applied research principles and project management tools are employed. Develops case studies, research reports and research publications to guide regulations development in KSA. Develops and implements a monitoring and research evaluation framework. Oversees the impact and assessment of newly introduced regulations, forwarding findings to the Regulatory Development function. Oversees analysis and insight of research outputs, outcomes and impact, informing senior management of the same. Improves the Research and Statistics teams understanding of how to conduct effective and efficient research impact assessment, including development of new methodologies and measures. Provides coaching, guidance and mentoring as required to enhance the internal capabilities of the team and ensures the achievement of established objectives and plans. Recommends appropriate training courses as per the pre-determined training needs, evaluates their effectiveness, and monitors their results. Follows-up on employees’ administrative affairs such as vacations, leaves and other administrative and related affairs. Carries out performance appraisals for subordinates according to planned schedules and recommends necessary actions as per the applied practices. المهارات Investigations. Decision Making.
