Power Plant Data Integrator

Job Description and Requirements
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. A degree or certification in the Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools for pattern recognition application will be highly valued.

You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a power plant process engineer with the following skills:

Knowledgeable in power plant process
Knowledgeable in handling power plant instrumentation and DCS.
Understanding of the operation and control of power plants
Knowledgeable in related industry standards and practices in the design, operation, inspection & maintenance of power plant instrumentation and control systems.
Demonstrated high analytical capabilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Provide expertise and consulting services in the area of design, engineering, O&M;, calibration, and testing & inspection of all types of instrumentation & controls systems used in electric power plants.
Day-to-day technical support to the Operation and Maintenance entities relative to control and instrumentation issues.
Assess data transfer from power plant to M&D;center and investigate interruptions in the data follow for the M&D;canter. 
Develop specs and scope of work for major repairs, replacements, and retrofits of old and obsolete controls systems with new state-of-the-art systems.
Develop procedures for routine testing, inspection, and condition monitoring activities according to the industry standards and best practices.
Investigate and troubleshoot all problems related to operation, maintenance, start-up and installation of plant equipment, and processes.
Assess the overall data architecture of the M&D;center and propose enhancement.
