Transport Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
As a Transport Supervisor, you will act as a link between the Drivers and the Senior Management. The Transport Supervisor will ensure that work is distributed to available employees, completed in accordance with the KPIs, and processed accurately within the agreed time frames. As Transport Supervisor you will also deal with customer enquiries and complaints. Ensure vehicle and driver compliance is to a high standard
المهارات
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills
Incumbent should have a strong customer focus and be results driven.
Incumbent must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks without losing momentum while also completing all daily tasks efficiently and effectively
