Job Description and Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in event management, theater, English literature, or other area related to the technical production of events.
You will have seven (7) years of experience in event management, planning, and management of all technical aspects of events.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Work mainly in the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, be assigned, as required, to extend necessary supervision for any of Saudi Aramco’s events in different regions within the Kingdom and, possibly, abroad.
Work between event support across the Center’s divisions as well as Saudi Aramco organizations related to technical and production requirements for events in addition to supervision of AV operations.
Develop cost estimates and scopes of work; execute and manage the full production schedule, including preproduction, rehearsals, and rune for Center events; and monitor the production process and adjust the timeline as required.
