Responsibilities:

1. Proper guidance to staff. 2. Support Operations Manager to ensure Restaurants. 3. Develops and Manages Business Planning Processes. 4. Financial Accountability top and bottom lines. 5. Analyzes business trends and financial data. 6. Work relatively with the Operation Manager on financial budgeting, P&L;. 7. Prepares small wares order, food orders . 8. Staff recruitment . 9. Daily , weekly and monthly report on time . 10. Ensure product quality . 11. Working with HR and QA closely to reach high results in operation Audit check list .
