الوصف الوظيفي Follow up closely on the retail process with various branches and track figures in association with set targets. Coordinate and set standards for showroom material displays to improve product visibility and push sales. In addition, suggest developmental plan for opening new branch based on market demand. Applying Loyalty and promotional programs to our showroom customers and sub-distributors. Formulate marketing plan in coordination with product managers based on various product applications, potentials and product customer mentality in the form of social media, website, brochures, catalogues and flyers. Determine areas that need improvement related to orientation and training of our staff and sub-distributors. Set planned aggressive calls with branch managers, product managers and sales staff to improve customer approach and build close relationship with the traders and Sub-distributors. Ensure establishing reliable retail market forecast and coordinate with logistic department for stock orders planning. Assist branch managers to have close monitoring of the progress in selling product diversity. Maintain brand image to the highest standard in the process of sales customer awareness through sales team to ensure increase the market share. Provide retail sales report based on KPI’s to be coherent with the progress followed and aimed to increase efficiency, closing sales and determine areas needing support. Additional related tasks as requested by the management. Position will be based in Riyadh and have traveling tasks to cover branches outside Riyadh. Sales manager with 5-8 years of experience in the field of managing project sales and retail business, showrooms management and marketing Good organizational, problem solving, planning and time management skills. Multi tasks and ability to work under pressure. Ability to formulate and implement sales strategy. Read and speak English & Arabic fluently. University or equivalent degree in the field mentioned above is a must in Business Administration Position based will be in Riyadh with travel tasks inside kingdom |
