Control Room Officer

Job Description and Requirements
Under general supervision of control room supervisor/maintenance supervisor, supports maintenance operations and section supervisors through the operation and administration of a computerized maintenance system.  Receives calls from requestors and registers.  Issues follow up and close the work order.  Prepares and presents to maintenance supervisor statistic report and monitors staff allocation and scheduling.
