الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for the support of LAN and WAN. Manages infrastructure projects through the life cycle of service delivery and ensures quality standards. Manages the day-to-day IT management that including updates, maintenance Manages and provides server support as it pertains to Windows Exchange, Active Directory, Wireless Network(s), Network Monitoring, Business Phone Systems Support,etc. Manages relationships with contractors/vendors. Supervises and performs quality assurance for IT infrastructure. Performs any other duties/tasks that might be assigned by his direct line manager. Provides coaching, guidance and mentoring as required to enhance the internal Follows-up on employees’ administrative affair.
