We are working with an expanding FMCG/Beverage company that is in a period of change and growth. They are seeking an experienced HR Director /HR Manager, to make a difference at the company in this strategically important market in Saudi Arabia. This is a small but established FMCG company that is going through a period of change and growth, so it’s an excellent time for you to join the team and fully utilise your HR development skills. The current headcount is around 300 staff.
As a HR Manager/Director you will be playing a significant role in ensuring effective delivery of HR Strategy and partnering with the departments heads to provide reliable HR support across the company, you will be performing duties related to wide range of HR generalist support while being a part of the leadership team ensuring business needs are met in line with Company HR delivery model, policy and processes.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to CEO on all related subjects. You will have prime responsibility for deployment of Company HR processes such as change management, Performance Management, Reward Review, Role Grading, Salary Policy, Engagement Surveys and Deployment of Diversity & Inclusion plans.

• Open to Saudi National Only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred, Business, Organization Development or equivalent.
• Proven experience as HR Director with more than 12 years as HR manager
• In depth knowledge of HR functions and its capability to support business objectives as well as HR best practice across Employee Relations, Reward, Resourcing and Development.
• Broad knowledge and experience of employment legislation and regulations of the Saudi Labour Law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Broad change management skill set, combined with ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organisational change
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.
