Advertise jobs internally and externally
Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Behance)
Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
Organize assessment centers and career events
Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans
Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Evaluate and screen potential hires and assist them through the interview and hiring process.
Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals
Prepare job offers and follow-ups processes till the hire is complete.
Setup and prepare Induction programs for newcomers.
