Monitoring of the planning and execution of initiatives and sub projects. Evaluating the performance of portfolio (initiatives and projects) and various ways for improving it. Comparing the project execution capacity of the organization. Match projects and initiatives objectives with the overall entity strategy. Providing recommendations to decision makers at every level of the process management. Collecting and reporting the initial portfolio information. Establishing the goals of portfolio Performing an initial assessment Developing the recommendations for enhancing the ROI (Return of the Investment). Coach and train team members in organizational, business, behavioral, and technical skills. Good judgment on when and how to revise scope of work (work plans, deliverables and team resources) based on complex client situations. Ensure effective and creative idea generation amongst the project team. Plan and facilitate significant client meetings. المهارات Should be at a senior level and considered as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Project Management. Knowledge of international project management standards, such as PMI’s Project Management Standard, and methods is essential. Should hold relevant project management related certification.
