الوصف الوظيفي This person will oversee, monitor, and measure the plan execution and effectiveness of transformation projects and provide analytics on transformation change management status for management consideration. They will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. This person will integrate change management activities into project plan and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. This person will have an overview of integrating change management and project management on the effectiveness of integration. They will support change management at the organizational level. Meeting objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. المهارات Should hold Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. PROSCI Certification is desirable. PMP Certification is preferable.
