الوصف الوظيفي The PMO Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is accountable for the day-to-day supervision and direction of Quality Assurance. In this role, you accountable for ensuring that quality policies and procedure are effectively embedded across the projects, you will directly supervised the Quality Assurance Analyst and be accountable for leading the QA efforts on multiple projects. You will work closely with the project managers and team members to facilitate numerous Quality Assurance Test (QAT) services (e.g. project estimates, testing strategies, test documents, test event tracking) process documentation guidelines and training plan) in support of PMO projects. Develop and maintain the program quality and management plan and all documents associated with quality management. Implement the PMO’s quality assurance test strategy including manual, automated and performance testing strategies, best practices and test tools. Set and document quality goal and outcomes for project teams. Set and Document team QA metrics and performance. Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of direct reports. Assign duties and monitor quality of work, assure project teams follow QAT practices, methodologies and processes. Lead project teams though business process documentation to support project implementations. Lead project teams through the development of the training plan. Assist in the development of training materials. Coordinate training events. Ensure training needs for the project implementation are met. المهارات Strong foundation in quality assurance methodologies, process improvement and procedures. Minimum of two (10) years of hands on testing experience. Proficient in QA and Documentation tools. Listening, communication and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization. Problem solving skills necessary to analyze complex issues and determine workable solutions. Ability to consider potential courses of action and make independent decisions. Demonstrated capabilities in team work and leadership. Willingness and ability to coach and train direct reports and project resources. Experience in a key user role or part of the implementation team preferred. Lean Six Sigma skills preferred.
