-The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that m aximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
-This person will oversee, monitor, and measure the plan execution and effectiveness of transformation projects and provide analytics on transformation change management status for management consideration.
-They will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
-This person will integrate change management activities into project plan and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
-This person will have an overview of integrating change management and project management on the effectiveness of integration.
-They will support change management at the organizational level Meeting objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
-Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
المهارات
-Over 10 years’ experience in Change management.
-Should hold Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
-Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
-PROSCI Certification is desirable.
-PMP Certification is preferable.
-Excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic
