At ZenHR, we are seeking to hire a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our amazing team! Following are the responsibilities and requirements for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Maintaining and expanding the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to on time and as agreed with the client.
Serve as the link of communication between key clients and Account Executives.
Maintain trust with clients and resolve issues faced by them.
Help in establishing service levels and share with the entire staff to ensure all clients receive the same quality of service.
Know the company’s products and services inside and out.
Job Requirements:
Holding a BA degree
2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Experience and Accounts Management
Experience in software solution providers/companies is essential
Proven track record of account management and dealing with key clients
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages
