Lead
• Leading the observance of HSSE practices in IWS; working with the team to ensure compliance & care
• Changeover from Spot Sales to the Pre-Sales concept
• Working closely with the HH Supplier for timely improvements in the system
• Leading the development of coaching mindset in the team
• Cost-saving initiatives
Training Activities
• Embedding ‘Drill’ into the lives of a salesman & supervisors, and owning the improvement in quality of conversation
• Ensuring a complete understand of the concepts of CPT across IWS
• Training the Salesmen on key steps to close a deal
• Training the salesmen & supervisors on effective use of the HH to record all transactions
• Training of Supervisors & RSM on effective use of HH generated reports to improve performance
• Coaching practices across the organization to improve performance
• On-boarding of new Salesmen
Monitoring Performance
• Monitoring quality of Drill activity across all Regions and working with the team to improve
• Monitoring team performance of CPT against targets and working with the team to improve
• Monitoring Merchandizing performance across all Regions and working with the team to improve
• Reviewing HH usage of team for data entry & report generation and working closely with the IWS Sales Manager for improvements
• Reviewing the HH sales data; dissecting it and working with the team to improve performance
• Regular review of IWS Risk Register and monitoring progress of mitigation actions for the risks identified
• Monitoring Coaching performance and working with the IWS Sales Manager to improve
• Reviewing product-wise Margin performance and working closely with the IWS Sales manager to improve
