On behalf of an Association that supports the grocery sector across Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager.
You will be responsible for marketing strategies, developing initiatives, brand building, and campaigns to market the business successfully in alignment with Vision 2030 and achieve the goals.
• Create access to timely information on industry trends, benchmarks and regulation changes affecting the hospitality businesses to grow and protect the restaurant industry.
• Ensure the Marketing department is aligned with the Vision 2030 Strategic plan and goals.
• Develop, manage, and lead day-to-day marketing programs and activities.
• Drive decision-making that will lead to program enhancements and process improvements.
• Contribute to business planning to develop an overall marketing strategy that is consistent with their organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives
• Gather and analyze market data, such as (economic climate, competitive atmosphere, market share, market forces, customer attitudes, buying preference, etc) to drive new insights into marketing strategies and plans and to improve brand offerings.
• Participate in the implementation of proper pricing strategies to ensure the competitiveness of organizations brand.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for products/services in order to meet established market share targets.
• Adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Create a company website, advertising objectives, membership subscription, recommend a choice of media, and allocate internal /external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in product launching, brand awareness, market positioning, and marketing operations.
المهارات
• Bachelor Degree and 5+ years’ relevant experience.
• Preferred concentration in Retail Marketing.
• Direct Member/Trade Association and/or non-profit experience is a strong plus.
• Background and experience in the Grocery retail sector.
• Strong writing and mathematical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills,
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Proven ability to develop relationships is key.
• Proven experience in creating, streamlining and/or sustaining processes.
