الوصف الوظيفي Manage BTC’s Logistics team comprised of Procurement, Shipping and Handling, Clearance, Warehousing, and Delivery Manage complete supply chain cycle of BTC projects, from Negotiations and Purchasing until Client Delivery and Invoice Approval Manage communication with suppliers and BTC departments to oversee all steps within supply chain, and ensure prompt and efficient delivery without error or delay Engage in open communication with Freight Forwarders and Clearing Agents to ensure smooth processing of incoming / outgoing shipments Collaborate with the Sales and Finance division managers to resolve any logistical issues during the full course of the supply chain cycle Oversee BTC’s inventory and ensure that optimal levels are maintained throughout the year Develop solid relations with clients and government agencies to ensure smooth business operations Prepare purchasing budgets and set goals to minimize expenditures while maximizing customer service levels Report to the General Manager with timely reports and action plans المهارات Managing complex projects Solving advanced problems through effective communication, collaboration, and escalation Managing teams active in multiple locations across several regions Understanding Customs Clearance procedures (KSA experience strongly preferred) Understanding Invoice Approval procedures (KSA government client experience strongly preferred) Setting KPIs and generating real-time status reports via ERP system (SAP experience preferred) تفاصيل الوظيفة |
