Marketing Officer

الوصف الوظيفي
The marketing officer is responsible for planning, executing and coordinating all the marketing activities. He should demonstrate a strong market intelligence with a depth knowledge in the Saudi culture. His main objective is to assist in branding the property and creating awareness to attract tenants and customers.
• Assists in the designing of all communication materials.
• Prepares the property opening and facilitates the execution (Branding and theme creation, Press release, invitations…)
• Finalizes the company’s website creation.
• Designs and initiate a social media platform to boost awareness and attract tenants.
• Plans the yearly marketing calendar and discusses it with the management team for budget allocation and approval.
• Executes on-site social and entertaining activities.
• Explores business opportunities to add value to the business.
• Initiates customer satisfaction surveys on quarterly basis.
• Collects & analyzes data related to the property performance. (Number of daily visitors, lifestyle, interest, purchasing trends…)

المهارات
• The candidate needs to have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant degree.
• He should have 3 years and above in relevant position.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong customer service with a depth orientation on the Saudi culture and market trends.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
• Initiator, creative and fast executor.
• Bilingual
