Job Description and Requirements
Qualifications: Shall have a bachelor’s degree or commensurate practical work experience managing aircraft maintenance. Must be qualified and specialized in an Aircraft Maintenance Technician skill level. Active Secret Clearance Required Experience: a. 15+ years of Aircraft Maintenance. b. Knowledgeable of aviation safety & security procedures related to aircraft maintenance. c. Knowledgeable of supply procedure and manuals as they pertain to daily operations, reporting and maintenance management procedures. d. Individual will be required to create a wide variety of maintenance reports. e. Applicant must provide copies of technical training certificates/ technical diplomas that demonstrate training in this specialty.
Duties
a. Manages all contractors maintenance support {CMS) employees.
b. Provides technical recommendation and training to assigned personnel.
c. Will correspond with all internal/external organization to accomplish maintenance work requirements.
d. Ensures employees are following contract requirements.
e. Advises with regard to pending aircraft modification requirements such as provisioning, training, and technical support.
