Key roles:
• Playing supportive roles in the implementation of marketing strategy in compliance with policies, objectives, procedures, and achieving goals and supporting in their evolutionary development as needed such that the effective communication is ensured and subsequent investment promotion is maximized
• Oversees the implementation of operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans and playing supportive roles in creating an enhanced exposure about cities and their unique competitiveness to the potential investors (domestic & international) and thereby attracting investments
Budgeting and Control
• Assists in the development and implementation of business plans while ensuring to work within defined budget parameters. Monitors costs and resources in day-to-day activities
• Play supportive, assisting roles in marketing budgets
Operational Tasks
• Identify & Develop appropriate channels of communications with potential investors that are compatible with the tenants/players/service provider environment within Client Specific Cties, and develop the necessary proactive marketing strategies and tactics
• Preforms supportive roles in making situational analysis to determine Marketing strategies/methodologies/tools/programs in accordance with the dynamics in regional, global industrial trends and prioritize (quick wins) and play supporting roles in implementation of the same according to the priority
• Conduct research identify preference and other relevant information for potential investors to assist management in the decision-making process
• Identifies, on the basis of available data, communication channels and media from the publicity necessary to attract potential investors
• Understand “Unique selling proposition/ Unique attractions in Client-Cities and ensure effective, efficient communication to reach out the target investors
• Coordinates with other departments within the Sector to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
• Launching approved marketing campaigns and coordinating with the necessary parties for publishing purposes
• Provide the necessary expertise during the implementation of plans, policies, and procedures for the operation, transition plans / transformation and ensure that they are in line with the objectives and general purposes of the Royal Commission
• Periodically review the marketing strategy/tools/programs and prioritize them according to the situational analysis findings
• Playing supportive roles in conducting surveys/studies to exactly list the target potential investors, Original Equipment Manufacturers, service providers in the industrial, commercial, residential, utility and infrastructure sectors and drive plans to prominently get them exposed to Client cities’ business opportunities
• Extending support in the implementation of the plan so derived
• Assist in other Marketing and investment promotion related works / special projects required by the Royal Commission
• Carry out or assist in special projects as needed
المهارات
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferably engineering. Possessing MBA-in Marketing will be an added advantage
2. 8+ Years of experience in the field of Marketing, advertising and investment promotion
3. Knowledge of global industrial trends and their effect on economic within the region
Key Technical Skills
• Time Management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Competent knowledge in English and Arabic, Spoken and Written
• Relevant computer proficiency, experience in using Microsoft Office tools and/or any relevant software
