The candidate will be responsible for the overall store management, sales, and store operations at King Khalid International Airport. The candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively and will work closely with the division head.
Please note that candidate must pass the security check up to obtain Airport authorization license to work.

• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
• Develops business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Maintains inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.
• Ensures high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Completes store administration and ensure compliance company policies and procedures.
• Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Proposes innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying company policy and procedures.
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Manages all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
• Manages stock levels and make key decisions about stock control with coordination of division head.
• Analyzes sales figures and forecast future sales.
• Ensures standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Promotes the organization locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general.
• Deals with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by division head but not limited to.
