Warehouse and Logitics Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
• Achieving the targets by managing the team and work place, stock control, training and discipline of staff and liaising with customers.
• Following up of shipments and management of all supply and storage processes.
• Reports and plans to be prepared for the continuity of work in the appropriate manner.
• Customer satisfaction to be achieved through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone.
• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
• Oversee the inventory management process and defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels.
• Up to date and accurate stock control systems and inventories.
• Planning future capacity requirements.
• Follow-up with purchase department and observers to insert all shipments on the system to ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Follow-up the warehouses for the available & needed resources, materials & man power, and prepare daily weekly monthly reports upon follow up all requested reports.
• Organizes the training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.

• Proven warehouse management experience.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
