1. Support the development & ensure that all Technicians have appropriate training and tools needed to perform their jobs accurately.
2. Enforce policies and take appropriate misconduct action as per Geidea policies when required.
3. Ensure that all tickets assigned to Technicians are closed real time within SLA monitoring & reducing AGING tickets on a daily & weekly basis.
