الوصف الوظيفي KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Determine new leads and assign them to the relevant sales representative and measure the return on time invested with each account. Actively visit, establish and maintain the relationship with key stakeholders (Municipality, commercial register, building licenses, etc ...) to gauge interest and collect the relevant leads. Analyze and understand the data of Small Business & Residential accounts (annual revenue turnover, investments, projects, etc.) and make customized propositions to sell new products and services. Lead the identification, shortlisting and prioritization of potential opportunities to cross-sell/up-sell assigned products and services to the Small Business & Residential accounts. Develop a periodic Sales Plan which highlights the target sales revenue per type. Manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top quality delivery at the right time in a safe condition and suggest corrective measures if necessary. Receive customer complaints and coordinate their resolutions with corresponding parties. Analyze trends and suggest new credit lines for Small Business & Residential accounts. Support the Marketing department on designing new campaigns based on Small Business & Residential accounts profile and behavior. Analyze and suggest new contracts with Small Business & Residential accounts. Receive new product inquiries and orders (tanks, services, contracts, general inquiries). Prepare quotations for the received new sales product/service orders (either generated by him or received from the customer) Provide timely reports on customer requirements, bookings status, and competition Provide feedback to the product line team on customer wants and needs, new product/service needs, product modifications and help them develop sound business cases Prepare an annual booking budget by product/value period and be able to forecast the client’s business activity Screen Small Business and Residential scale projects/investments in KSA and define and prioritize new sales leads and opportunities. Participate in conferences and exhibitions related to small projects in real estate development to generate new leads Manage the sales funnel: Lead the end to end sales efforts in converting these potential new opportunities to new customers. المهارات Gas and Tanks products (preferred).
