Job description / Role
To manage and superintends site activities regarding construction, pre-commissioning, start-up and handing over of the plant to the client, so as to satisfy the contractual obligations and targets fixed by the Project Manager. Also to ensure time, cost, quality, safety and environment requirements of construction activities. The candidate has to approve the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives. The candidate must therefore have thorough knowledge of construction practices, economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications.

He should possess in-depth knowledge of construction process having extensive experience in the Middle East as a Construction Manager or equivalent on a major residential project.

Requirements
Civil engineering degree with minimum 10 yrs years (out of which 5 years as Site Manager) experience in design, specification, construction and general construction management with multi-discipline activity of residential projects in the UAE, with a minimum of 5 years experience as a construction Manager.
