Looking for Production Supervisor
Preparation of daily production plans and direct supervision of production in terms of labor, equipment and products, maintaining the quality of products, maintaining cost and productivity and ensuring the progress of work according to plans and budgets.
Will responsible for:
1.Develop annual production plan with the help of production manager
2. Planning, organizing, supervising and supervising production staff and workers and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of production processes.
2. Setting the daily plans of the items to be produced according to the orders received from the factory manager.
3. Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of the production processes and the application of quality standards and procedures in place in the company and documentation of production processes.
4. Determine the requirements of raw materials and prepare orders for input production processes. And submit them to the Procurement Department. 
5.Identifying the human resource needs required to work in the production department, participating in the selection of employees in the department, identifying the training needs of each individual, training and motivating them to work, and participating in the assessment process for individuals.
6. Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the factory.
7. Follow-up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and report on maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment.
8. Assess the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
9. Reporting on the progress of production processes, achievements and failures to senior management.
10. Make recommendations regarding reward and punishment based on performance assessment of employees.
The special circumstances of the work:
need continuous and effective communication between departments, management and all employees in the company, accuracy and follow-up.
Job Relations:
The work is related to the interaction with the production manager, the factory manager, all the employees in the factory, and the senior management.

المهارات
Requirements:
-Strong personality, firm, receives all employees with open mind, computer skills and use ERP software, follow-up skill.
-Leadership .
-Very good in Computer skills.
-Experience in preparing administrative reports.
-Learn about GMP quality procedures.
-5 years experience at least as a Production Supervisor.
-Experience preferred in Perfumes then drugs
