الوصف الوظيفي

• Knowledge of architectural plans and the ability to read them geometrically and knowledge of architectural symbols and drawing standards.
• Setting a schedule of tasks in which project implementation is identified and important dates for each stage of delivery and delivery.
• Prepare presentations to present the projects developments step by step.
• Review government agencies and non-government related to the implementation of projects.
• Representing the owner in meetings with the concerned authorities to implement the project stages.
• Obtain the necessary licenses for the stages of construction from legislators such as the Secretariat and the sub-municipalities.
• Coordinating with the departments within the company in matters related to business development and completion.
• Follow-up with contractors at the implementation sites to facilitate and overcome the obstacles and difficulties facing the implementation stages.
• Follow-up of the consulting offices, which are contracted to keep the work going in time.
• Writing and coordinating meeting minutes and good wording of speeches.

المهارات
• Bachelor of Architecture and Building Sciences from KSU, KFU, PSU or any other university
• Very good outputs in the same specialization.
• Experience of not less than two years in an engineering office or company in the field of real estate or in the management and coordination of projects.
• Knowledge of engineering programs, in particular the Autocad program.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge and work with office programs Word, Power Point, Excel.
• A person who enjoys learning and self-confidence.
• Knowledge library related matters and the preservation of important papers and order files.
