الوصف الوظيفي Greeting guests and visitors and provide general support to them Answer and direct phone calls and emails Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Maintain training center policies and procedures Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Assist in course logistical support service Search and maintain contact lists of trainers Book travel arrangements for the trainers Assist in handle course requirements and queries in relation to TVTC Act as the point of contact for clients for enquires and follow up Assist in preparing and distribute email, newsletter and update website content Liaise with executives to handle requests and queries from senior managers المهارات Minimum two years of experience as administration, receptionist or other customer service position Good spoken and written English Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Customer service attitude and customer focus orientation Excellecnt time managmemt skills and attendance record history تفاصيل الوظيفة |
