IT Operation Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Leading recruiting, developing and coaching support team , communication job expectation and appraising their performance
Manage infrastructure cloud , on-premises ( Hardware , software )
manage backup and verify data validation
manage SQL server security and backup
monitor , report and correct any deviation of current structure insuring high availability and security of the service .
monitor resource and requirements and take necessary to buy , renew , update , upgrade or demolish .
participate and apply company and security policy on resources and insure all resources are submitted to rules and procedure .
act as a second line of support.
manage new infrastructure projects design , plan and estimate budget .

المهارات
Proven working experience in IT operations management.
covering all aspects of domain network administration under Microsoft environment .
network administration ( Cisco,HP,Cyberoam)
Azure cloud administration.
SQL server administration.
Extensive knowledge of VMware .
Virtual networks and composed servers are privilege.
Devop knowledge is preferred.
