الوصف الوظيفي
- Insure department services availability and reliability
- Insure successful development projects and successful deployment
- Manage IT Staff recruiting, developing and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Participate and approve road maps of the department improving and Providing direction for IT team members
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Conducting regular system audits
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget

المهارات

- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
- Proper knowledge of technical management, information analysis
- Proper knowledge of system analysis and DevOps
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
