Network Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
• Ensure maximum availability of DarMassader IT systems and infrastructure, minimize outages and ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshooting network problems and ultimately enhancing performance for users via performance tuning.
• Overall responsibility and management of DarMassader accounts.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the DarMassader IT infrastructure, including the security and protection of electronic information within the DarMassader and for securing access to the systems and the networks.
• Support and enhance the functionality of all core applications such as the DarMassader SaaS based systems.
• provides support to the employees of DarMassader.
• Lead design and deployment of servers, directories, wireless, backups, and personal devices.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management. The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post. Job descriptions will be regularly reviewed to ensure they are an accurate representation of the post

المهارات
• Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of supporting technology and users in an office-based environment, with Cloud based applications running in Microsoft or non-Microsoft office environments.
• Good understanding of current and emerging technologies, and their practical application.
• Monitor trends and change in technology and the IT industry generally.
