Job Description: 1- Coordinate with customer and internet service providers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution for any trouble tickets2- Troubleshooting layers 1,2 & 3 of the OSI model.3- Handling Routers, Switches, Aruba WLC-
Good understanding of networking technologies, topologies, and
protocols. In-depth experience in dynamic routing protocols like OSPF,
BGP is preferred.
Technical Exposure1- Routing & Switching: HSRP, VRRP, Load Balancing/Load Sharing, VSS, VTP, VLAN, Dynamic Routing, STP & NAT2- Security: VPN, IPSEC
Wireless: Concept of Light Weight & Standalone AP, APs Registration
into its WLC Controllers, SSID, familiar with 802.11 a/b/g and 802.1 Q
standards and RF technology
المهارات
1- Minimum +3 years working experience in similar environment.2- Certification: CCNA is must.3- Good communication skill.4- Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in communication/computer engineering is preferred.5- Male Candidates are preferred
