Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational communications company who is seeking a Software Development Manager (Java or PHP experience is essential) to work in Riyadh, KSA

Job description
You will be responsible for overseeing the whole life cycle of any projectCoordinate closely with internal stakeholders like product managers, designers, marketers etc to identify and own technical product requirementsUnderstand client requirements and provide solutions accordinglyDeploy agile methodologiesAct as a technical owner for company products and solve any roadblocks wherever necessaryInstitute development best practices to ensure the team produces the best quality and well architected code, lead reviews of architecture design and enable a continuous integration environmentLead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, market trends and industries to enhance client experiences and assist in project and product development

Requirements
+7 years of engineering/development experience and +4 years handling multiple large scale projects+5 years experience in PHP or Java+5 years in data base managementProficient in coding with architectural patterns of large high scale applicationsStrong integration and configuration skills like network devices and server, integration maps, web services, setting up transport protocols, scripting languagesBachelors degree in the relevant fieldFluency in English and Arabic will be a plus
