•Recording details of comments, inquiries, and actions taken.
•Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
•Cooperating with Team Leader to determine strategic approaches for sales.
•Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.

•Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
•Cold calling to arrange meetings for Team leader with potential resellers to prospect for new business.
•Gathering market and customer information;
•Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
•Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
•Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
•Responding to customer inquiries regarding offers, discounts, competitive product, and so on.
•Recording all opportunities in sales management system.
•Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
• Participating fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
•Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
•Directing the technical inquiries to technical team.
•Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
•Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
•Performing customer verifications, processing orders, applications, forms, and requests.
•Obtaining feedback if “offer” is rejected.
•Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets monthly.
