-To be the point of contact with ServiceNow team and align with them on the business plan and other related activities
-Provide technical leadership for the portfolio of applications and features of ServiceNow
-Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture as well as best practices.
-Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of -Enterprise customer needs and performing pre demo needs analysis
-Work with sales team on new business to understand customer objectives and provide continuity for architecture and roadmap
-Demonstrations of the product standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
-Understand customer requirements, translate to solutions and communicate to clients
-Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with our client’s business problems
-Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
-Follow up on sales pipeline for ServiceNow
المهارات
-Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
-Ideal candidate should have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in the ITSM industry
-Should be an expert in ServiceNow
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Possess leadership qualities
