الوصف الوظيفي

An experienced bakery manager with minimum of 10 years’ experience in a supermarket environment with exceptional skills in patisserie and bakery production. Excellent production and sales staff management skills are a strong requirement. You will have reasonable knowledge of accounting procedures for the calculation of production costs, waste reduction and maximizing profit margins.

المهارات
Ensure freshness of all bakery items and food in bakery
Ensure that quality raw materials are sourced and used in production
Detailed ongoing monitoring of expiry dates
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery.
Ensure high standards of workplace safety
Maintain and control inventory of baked items production list
Replenish items according to a daily production sheet in order to meet customer demands and needs
Ensure that the recipes used meet the taste of our customers
Ensure compliance of all food processing laws and regulations.
To introduce and test new items based on customer needs and competitors
Training and constant supervision of staff
Draft and implement an excellent routine for the servicing and
maintenance of equipment
