Project Management Tasks: -
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing project strategies delivery & collection.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Writing reports
Direct Sales Tasks: -
identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
Planning and preparing presentations
seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
generate leads and cold call prospective customers
meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
draw up client proposal & contracts - depending on the size of company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements
discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
seek ways of improving the way the business operates
attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
help to plan sales campaigns
create a sales pipeline
negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
BSc in Business or relevant field with a professional certificate will be a strong advantage
Preferred Skills
Bi-lingual Language (Arabic & English).
Full awareness with B2b & B2c strategies
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional communication, writing & negotiation skills.
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
