الوصف الوظيفي About us: Set financial goals and develop P&L;strategy in agreement with top management Establish required annual budget in alignment with short, mid, and long term goals, objectives, targets and initiatives, and maintain effective control and alignment of allocated budget Pro-actively follow up and monitor set goals, objectives, targets, and initiatives and act on deviations Initiate implement and analyze projects and initiatives from both a financial and commercial perspective in order to create recommendations and effectively support the decision making process Increase operational efficiency through securing and maintaining high customer satisfaction Ensure the Company’s business, brands and established stores are fully operational and supported with required logistics of materials and maintained equipment from agreed suppliers and vendors Ensure implementation and compliance with the Company’s policies, manuals, rules and guidelines including Quality, Health and Safety requirements and systems Ensure that the Company meets all legal requirements and company policies for food safety, HACCP and related labeling in conjunction with the Food Safety Specialist Overall responsible for ensuring compliance to country’s laws, regulations, and standards with regards to operations, finance, employment of expats and locals (i.e. Saudisation) … etc., as well as monitoring and communicating the ongoing updates and changes of these laws and regulations as per the relevant public and private agencies Optimize sales and gross margin results in the country through implementing and operating the Company’s business concepts and brands, and developing the Company’s global, regional, national, and local strategies and business opportunities Effectively manage and inspire the team, with particular reference to their selection, training and development Establish and communicate clear employees’ career and development opportunities within the Company Cooperate with HR on succession planning in order to build the organization functionally from within Cooperate with Learning & Development team to plan, develop and conduct functional training’s as required Contribute in the development of the Company’s Business locally and regionally Create and implement a successful pricing strategy for all the Company’s products and services based on local market and in accordance with the national and local retail guidelines Supervise and analyses the local competition in order to secure a competitive price distance to competitors and the standard price in all food & beverage products and Company’s services Monitor the national F&B;market environment regarding competitors, customer expectations,trends, techniques, etc and accordingly develop monthly/weekly analysis reports and communicate Develop and support the implementation of communication policies, sales and marketing strategies and campaigns both externally and in-store to the interest of achieving Company’s strategy Secure long-term growth and profitability in investment options made by the Company Take responsibility for coordinating the maintenance network for the Company’s assets Other duties as instructed by the Regional Director and Management المهارات Minimum 5 years of professional experience in F&B;/ Hospitality industry Educational Qualification Preferably possess Training Certification in Project Management (incl.
