Job Description
Role Purpose:
1- To manage and coordinate sales operations (internally & externally), marketing activities and promotional programs to maximize the performance of the company.
2- To insure achievement /exceeding of sales target as part of company total target.
3- To develop & strengthen business relations with clients to insure fulfillment of mutual agreed targets.
Motivation and Morale
1- Establish & communicate clear performance standards.
2- Monitor and appraise team performance.
3- Establish a motivating & challenging sales commission. Scheme to maximize morale motivation & achievement.
Planning: -
1- Discuss and coordinate adjustments & modification on proposed annual business plan with project managers to guarantee the fulfilment of company set targets.
2- Monitor the monthly sales reports and check compliance with annual sales plan.
3- Prepare an annual budget that meets the mgmt. requirements.
Sales management-
1- Read all sales calls and provide coaching or support when needed.
2- Provide technical advice when needed.
3- Provide advice on pricing and other commercial matters.
4- Participate directly in all deals.
5- Placing of orders with factory through technical manager.
6- Visit all customers on regular basis to strengthen business relation with them.
7- Approve credit transactions as member of the credit committee.
8- Follow –up delivery dates with plant Mgr. to insure their compliance with acknowledged dates.
9- Manage the inventory to secure immediate availability of most models all year long.
10- Understand the competitive scope of competitors and find out the advantage of our scope.
11- Get the customer satisfaction survey and reporting client feedback about the product quality and aftersales service.
12- Share the annual forecast of the potential deals with department heads and update quarterly.
13- Prepare a daily sales visit report to clients and daily activities.
JOB CONTEXT & OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
- The Job of sales Executive requires intensive sales experience, excellent product knowledge, & sales management experience in beverage filling machines or similar field.
- The success of a Sales Executive job requires a professional leadership & coaching of his sales team and the coordination with project manager.
