• Must have an educational degree
• Well experienced in express or Freight forwarding, 5 -10 years of experience
• We are looking for a capable sales manager to lead the growth of the Riyadh Branch
• Responsible for setting the sales strategy plan & executing it while driving positive revenue & profitability growth
• The role will entail founding the branch office, building & setting up the sales team for the branch once the business justifies it
• Someone with a commercials mind-set, a focused business driver, with strong negotiation and sales skills
• Must have strong freight forwarding operational experience, be process oriented & capable of setting & managing SLA’s / KPI’s
• Must be a mature professional with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Entrepreneurial, has ownership, resourcefulness, driven, focused and persistent in achieving goals
• Energetic, coachable with strong communication and presentation skills
• Someone hands on, mature professionally with an understanding of managing stakeholder relationships internally / externally
• Knowledge in managing and training the team to achieve results
• Ensure the adherence to all compliance requirements not limited to instructions, policies and guidelines
• Will be responsible to acquire new customers and build the branch portfolio and revenue streamlines across all products
• Business Acumen - Effectively manages revenue and cost
• Anticipates client and market opportunities and responds appropriately
• Understanding of financial principals and tools in order to set targets, manage the budget, forecasting, managing and build a sales pipeline
• Time & Territory Management Reporting Processes exposure
• Capable in identifying customer needs and recommending solutions out of the company portfolio
• A solution based approach to customer requirements, strong contract negotiations and business closure with new clients
• Understand selling on value and have a sales consultative approach
• Professionally coordinate with implementation team and customer service
• Meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals & closures
• Support customer retention through active engagement with customer service and product
• Arab language is preferred but other candidates will be considered
• Transferable Visa is a must
