• Collect & Define IT Operation Processes.
• Work with cross-functional IT teams to design, develop, and integrate IT processes & procedures utilizing best practices & industry standard frameworks.
• Work with cross-functional IT teams to find areas of improvement in existing processes, to be updated accordingly.
• Work with cross-functional IT teams to automate well-established IT processes.
• Define the proper metrics and KPIs in evaluating service delivery quality and performance levels.
• Develop the proper Metrics and KPIs for IT process.
• Develop required reports for top management.
• Conduct organizational (Process, People, Asset) Assessment.
• Provide insight and advice on emerging process and control framework.
• Conduct the annual IT audit and report to relevant stakeholders as required. Requirement:
• Has sufficient experiences in the field of ITSM.
• Has strong experiences in the field of IT operations .
• Has a good background in the field of IT apps infrastructure.
• Has a good background in the field of development frameworks.
• Experience working in a highly complex environment. Technical Skills:
• Comprehend all ITSM tools in the market.
• Excellent in written & communication and also in preparing presentations.
Certified ITIL Expert.
• Certified ISO 20000.
