Explore new markets and distributors to enhance the sales. Explore and utilize the business development opportunities. Co-ordinate with production divisions to plan the production according to market demand. Co-ordinate with consumers, Suppliers and Partners to achieve the Company business objectives and maximize revenue. المهارات Day to day management of the sales operation in line with company plans, policies and Procedures. Participate in marketing surveys required. Develop the sales force’s work plan and forecast; Monitor actual sales vs. forecast. Maintain close rapport with key customers to ensure customers’ satisfaction. The major challenge of the position is to explore new marketing tactics and find markets in a fairly large geographic area for all the products being manufactured in the company. Preparing business strategies for the continuous improvement and penetration to new market, setting up of an effective sales force capable of meeting the competition in the market and grab maximum share in the market for the company requires continuous monitoring, excellent business development practices Establishes effective communications with appropriate executives and managers to ensure proper sensitivity to sales needs. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Conduct diligent marketing research such as industry analysis, competitor study, application, product research, price trend and potential customer, for new opportunity and keep ahead of the competition. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
