A Process Food Graded Salt Factory seeks an experienced, motivated Export Sales Manager to Establish export sales by penetrating new international markets and creating customers, by selling products; meeting customer needs.
Job Duties:
• Establishing export sales by penetrating international markets, creating customers, and distribution channels mainly in all GCC countries, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, and all African countries.
• Having a good experience, awareness about the markets conditions and governments regulations in targeted countries, and having current customers in the above mentioned countries dealing with FMCG products especially in food products.
• Willing to travel frequently out of Saudi Arabia to visiting, negotiation, and close deals with potential international customers.
• Follows customers orders, planning, and coordinate the international shipment of product.
• In charge of achieving sales targets according to the management KPI’s.
• Having good knowledge about international payments methods such as LC, LG… etc. and follows customers payments, control receivables balance, overdue amounts, and review credit limits and terms.
• Organizing, attending, and representing the company in the international related expiations.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual countries& customers analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on countries and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
